Palliative Care for the Homeless

Challenges to access and provision of palliative care for people who are homeless and recommendations.

This session will outline the findings of a large qualitative research project that explored challenges to palliative care access from the perspective of people who are currently homeless and those that support them, in London.
In addition, recommendations from the research for improving care for homeless people with advanced ill health will be outlined and the next steps for the project discussed.
