By using St Joseph’s Hospice website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

On-line Transactions
St Joseph’s Hospice reserves the right to vary event registration fees and the prices of any goods or services listed without notice. If said varied fees or prices are higher than stated, we will, at our discretion, either contact the User for instructions or cancel and notify the User of such cancellation. All event registrations and orders for goods or services are subject to availability and St Joseph’s Hospice reserves the right to refuse to accept any registration and to refuse to supply any goods or services to any individual. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Encryption
Although the Website uses encryption security software in areas where on line payment details are accepted, the security of information and payments transmitted via the Internet cannot be guaranteed. Any loss incurred or sustained by any User who transmits information by means of e-mail or other Internet links shall be borne solely and exclusively by such User and in no event shall any such loss in whole or part be borne by St Joseph’s Hospice or it’s agents.

Force majeure
St Joseph’s Hospice shall not be held to be in breach of its obligations hereunder nor liable to the User for any loss or damage which may be suffered by another party due to any cause beyond its reasonable control including without limitation any act of God, fire, storm, flood, lightening, disease, strike, trade dispute, act of terrorism, any act or omission of government or regulatory bodies or communications operators.

General
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between St Joseph’s Hospice and the User and supercede all other (prior or contemporaneous) communications and proposals, whether electronic or written, between the User and St Joseph’s Hospice. Any failure of St Joseph’s Hospice to exercise or enforce any of its rights under these terms and conditions shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any such rights or operate so as to bar the subsequent exercise or enforcement or any such rights.

Jurisdiction
The terms and conditions and the use by the User of the Website shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the Website and/or any transactions made on the Website, or these terms and conditions.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item form the date you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
