This includes our St Joseph’s anticipatory injectable prescribing guidance and the new pan-London MAAR charts together with associated policies and procedures. There is also an example MAAR chart to see how to correctly complete the chart. Please be aware that on the new MAAR charts the first page is for a syringe driver (CSCI) and the second page is for PRN injections. These new MAAR charts have replaced the previous authorisation charts.
