Carers Week Celebration

This year’s theme for Carers Week is recognising and supporting carers in the community. At St Joseph’s we understand the challenges faced by unpaid carers. To acknowledge and celebrate the amazing contribution of unpaid family carers, we would like to invite you to this special event.

If you care for someone with a life-limiting illness, or dementia who is resident in Hackney, Tower Hamlets or Newham, then this event is for you. We ask that you do not bring the person you care for due to limited capacity. If you would like to attend please email Jo at j.bedford@stjh.org.uk, or call on 0208 525 6026.

11am-12pm: Caring at End of Life: Q&A with St Joseph’s Hospice Community Palliative Nurse, Dietitian, and Social Worker in the Education Centre

12pm- 4pm: Garden Party in the Garden Room

3pm- 4pm: Wellbeing Workshop in the Garden
