Thanks to a partnership between Ziffit and Virgin Money Giving, we’re giving you the chance to donate the value of your unwanted clutter to your local charity, St Joseph’s Hospice – with free collection from your door for boxes of over 5kg!

Why Declutter and Donate?
Spring cleaning never felt so good! Why we’re all safe at home, breathe new life into those books you’ve already read, or declutter those old DVDs, and raise money for your local charity, St Joseph’s Hospice. Not only will you be making space for more treasures, you’ll be helping St Joseph’s Hospice continue to support people with serious, life-limiting conditions and their loved ones.
How to get involved
- Download the Ziffit app or visit this link
- Start scanning your items to get an instant price
- Select St Joseph’s Hospice as your chosen charity
- Box up your items, drop them at your Collect+ store or arrange a free, contactless collection for boxes over 5kg
- We automatically receive the value of your items – and you’ve successfully decluttered!

What is Ziffit?
Ziffit is a really easy way to trade in your old books, games, DVDs and CDs. We have made it really quick and easy for you to get cash for your stuff and it is completely free.
How do I enter my item details?
It’s simple! Your Books, Games, DVDs and CDs all have a barcode on the cover. Simply type the barcode, or you can download the Ziffit app and easily scan barcodes using your phone camera.
How do I send my items?
Ziffit have now made collection available for parcels over 5kg. So that you can continue to Ziffit safely, they are now collecting direct from more people, using DPD’s contact-free collection services. You can also drop your boxed-up items at your local Collect+ store.
Raise money for St Joseph's Hospice
Do you already have a Virgin Money Giving page? It’s easy to sell items on Ziffit and have the value added to your fundraising total. Simply click on the ‘Donate your stuff’ link on your fundraising page. Why not share the link with your friends and family and task them to get involved with decluttering too!
