Rehabilitation in Palliative Care Conference

For the launch of the updated Rehabilitative Palliative Care model of care, our therapies team recently attended the Rehabilitation in Palliative Care conference at St Christopher’s Hospice.

As part of the conference, our team presented two posters (see below) about the Respite and Rehabilitation services at St Joseph’s, generating lots of interest, discussion and networking opportunities.

The team thoroughly enjoyed the conference, and left with a renewed energy and excitement about how best to provide rehabilitative palliative care within the Hospice. They look forward to developing the ways in which they can help the Hospice enhance our services towards patients receiving end of life care.
