Personal information and email addresses
We will only collect personal information that you knowingly and willingly provide, for example when you send us a donation or when you complete an online form.

Email requests for specific information will only be retained for the period needed to respond to the request. Personal details contained in these emails will not be retained unless you have specifically consented to this.

No identifying data is disclosed to anyone else for any purpose.

St Joseph's Hospice will only use your details to keep you informed about our work, including fundraising.

We promise not to sell or pass your details to anyone else. You will be provided with an opportunity to opt out of all or any these uses.

Financial information
We will only collect financial information in order to process financial transactions such as debit card/credit card donations. We will not retain your financial details on our database.

This site uses cookies to track an individual user session, starting from the first page visited and lasting for the duration of the user’s visit. This cookie is not kept and is destroyed when the user’s browser is closed.

This site also uses Google Analytics as a way of tracking visitor statistics. This involves sending details of the client’s IP address, screen resolution, browser, operating system, and JavaScript preferences to Google.

We do not sell or pass personal details to any other person or organisation unless we are legally required to do so for example for the auditing of gift aid donors by HMRC.

We use our best efforts to keep the data that we hold secure. All data is transmitted to our site at your own risk.

You have the right to request details of the information we hold about you. A fee may be charged for this request.
