Joe's Gallery

We are delighted to announce that Joe's Gallery is now open. Over the last few years, St Joseph's Hospice has proudly displayed art created by patients and local artists; some purely for viewing purposes, and others in a fundraising capacity.

The further development of the Arts Programme means that we were keen to have a permanent space at The Hospice, with its own identity - hence the launch of Joe's Gallery.

Join us at Joe's Gallery for our exhibition called 'Humans of the Hospice'

The St Joseph's Hospice Writers' Group have put together the very best of their poems and writing into a meaningful and reflective new book called 'Good Grief'. The exhibition gives an overview of what is featured in the book, which will be available to buy in Joe's Café over the next few weeks, priced at only £7.50, with proceeds going to the Hospice.

The exhibition provides a sneak peek into the book, and also offers an ambient atmosphere were you can contemplate the writers' feelings in the environment that inspired many of them to take pen to paper.

Humans of the Hospice Exhibition

We are delighted to have launched the brand new Humans of the Hospice book, celebrating the powerful stories of some of our St Joseph's Volunteers. An exhibition, featuring many photos and stories from the book, is currently on display in Joe's Gallery.

Please contact Samantha Nasser on s.nasser@stjh.org.uk for queries about the Humans of the Hospice exhibition, or to let us know if you'd like to exhibit at Joe's Gallery.
