We've extended our stay at 194 Well Street shop

News just in, our pop up shop at 194 Well Street is staying open until 15th January!

St Joseph’s Hospice provides all of its services free of charge to more than 6,500 people with life-limiting or terminal illness in and around the borough of Hackney and as a charity with just 56% funding from the NHS, it relies on donations from the public to keep it running.

Mike Infurnari, Director of Fundraising, St Joseph’s Hospice said, “This is the first ever shop for St Joseph’s Hospice and we hope it will be a huge success. We can’t thank Hackney Joint Estates Charity enough for donating this shop to us for the Christmas Season so that we can raise money to help pay for our services but also so that the local community can benefit from the many bargains we have on offer. Please do come along and shop for Christmas presents. We’d love to see you there."

Latest Update: Call out for Volunteers

We are delighted to announce that we now have the shop for a few more weeks, so we need some more willing volunteers to help run it! We're open 10am-5pm Monday-Saturday. We're looking for volunteers to cover any two-hour shifts or whatever you can do. Please email volunteering@stjh.org.uk for more information.

We would like to hear from you
