Community Groups
St Joseph’s Hospice has served our local community since 1905, providing free and accessible care to those who need us most. We couldn’t do this without the support of community groups, who help us raise the £7 million required to care for people with life-limiting illnesses every year.
The support of our local community is vital, and the generosity of our boroughs, through thick and thin, has never failed to amaze us. Your local Community Fundraising team would love to hear from you, and help you fulfil your fundraising ambitions. Check out the tabs below relevant to your group, and get in touch to find out more!

Kat, Corporate and Community Engagement Manager
Kat has worked within the community of East London for almost a decade, bringing people together in support of local hospice care as well as making sure they have a great time in their fundraising! From last minute donning of a Minnie Mouse costume and being an exceptionally good judge of cake, to speaking in front of congregations and masonic lodges, she is available for whatever your group needs.
Charlie, Community Fundraiser
Charlie joined St Joseph’s Hospice in August 2023 and since then has dressed up as a reindeer on more than one occasion, whilst also launching fun community initiatives such as the 2024 Euros Sweepstake and Sports Day for St Joseph’s. Come rain or shine you’ll likely spot Charlie as he cycles to visit supporters in the community, delivering a quality supporter experience for our fantastic fundraisers!
