We work with local solicitors and expert Will Writers, who operate over the phone, online and in person. They can help you to write your Will, as well as giving information on how you can leave a gift in your Will to St Joseph’s Hospice.
Write your Will online or over the phone
We’ve partnered with expert Will Writers, Octopus Legacy, to make writing Wills for our supporters quick and easy. All we ask is that you consider leaving a gift in your Will to St Joseph’s Hospice, however, there is no obligation to do so.
If you are over 18 and live in England or Wales, you can write your free Will online today.

If you’d prefer to write your Will over the phone or in-person, or you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, call 020 4525 3605 and quote St Joseph’s Hospice to make an appointment.
Book face to face appointments with local solicitors
If you prefer to work privately with a local solicitor to write your Will, we work with local solicitors based in East London who can help free of charge.
If you are ready to write your Will, email us at Legacies@stjh.org.uk to request a Will referral to a local solicitor. Please specify your preference for an office, phone, video or home appointment and we can arrange an appointment with the most appropriate solicitor.

Not ready to write your Will? Need to know more?
We run regular online and in-person workshops at the Hospice for our supporters to find out more about planning for the future. Local solicitors give provide information on topics like Wills, inheritance tax, power of attorney, probate and leaving a gift in your Will to St Joseph’s Hospice.
