Overview:
This workshop focuses on identifying and managing workplace conflict and violence by understanding its root causes and legal context. It emphasises recognising early warning signs of confrontation and identifying which employees are most at risk. By leveraging internal support procedures and developing an awareness of both personal and “default” emotional reactions, staff can better navigate high-pressure situations and maintain a safer professional environment.
