Does your LGBTQIA+ inclusion do more than tick a box?

Come along to our first Business Breakfast for conversation around what LGBTQIA+ inclusion means for your workplace. How can you create a culture of open questions and education, that encourages your staff to recognise discrimination? How can you implement clear inclusivity networks and recruitment processes that make LGBTQIA+ people feel safe and welcomed? And how do you do these things authentically without it looking like an exercise in positive PR?

Taking Pride in ED&I will discuss these questions and more. You will hear from an expert panel sharing their advice and experiences, and have the opportunity to ask your own questions. Creating an equal and inclusive working environment is everyone’s responsibility, and whether you are a manager or colleague there are ways you can support your LGBTQIA+ coworkers. You will also hear from a member of St Joseph’s Hospice, sharing their story of finding inclusive support and allyship. All whilst fuelling up for your day with some coffee and continental breakfast courtesy of Five Sisters Catering, and making new connections with other like-minded businesses.
