Our groups
Our Dementia Wellbeing East London (DWEL) service hosts regular, friendly groups at the hospice for people living with dementia and their carers. Each session offers a chance to connect, have fun, and enjoy meaningful activities in a supportive environment.
Love to Move
Love to Move is a fun and dementia-friendly seated movement programme set to music. It’s designed to support physical, emotional and cognitive wellbeing, helping people move more while enjoying themselves.
Love to Move is the first cognitive enhancement exercise programme of its kind in the UK based on scientific research. It has demonstrated benefits across physical, emotional and cognitive health, particularly for older people and those living with dementia.
