Rudolph Run
Sign your nursery, school or club up for some free festive fun this Christmas by taking part in our Rudolph Run!
What is the Rudolph Run?
The Rudolph Run can be whatever you want it to be! Whether it’s dashing through the snow during a PE lesson, tackling a festive obstacle course, or dancing the day away at a Christmas disco, the choice is yours.
All you need is plenty of festive spirit and for your little Rudolphs to create and wear their very own antlers and red nose. We’ve made it easy with our simple, sustainable DIY guides.

Why take part?
We’ll visit your school!
When you sign up, a member of the St Joseph’s Hospice team can deliver a fun, age-appropriate assembly about the Hospice and the difference your fundraising makes to local families.
St Joseph’s Hospice is your local hospice, supporting people across East London and the City with specialist care. As a registered charity, we rely on the generosity of our community to help fund this vital work.
Every penny makes a difference
We ask each child to try to raise £2, although they are welcome to raise more if they wish.
The money raised will help St Joseph’s Hospice continue to support patients and families at the Hospice and in their own homes, helping them create precious memories together during the festive season and beyond.

FAQs
Please use the form to let us know that you’ll be taking part. If you have a question or would like to find out more, please email Charlie at fundraising@stjh.org.uk or call 020 8525 3200.
Is the Rudolph Run on a set date?
No. You can hold your Rudolph Run whenever suits your school. We recommend early to mid-December as a fun and festive end-of-term activity.
Can Rudolph attend?
Absolutely! Rudolph and one of his reindeer friends may be available to visit your school. They can also help deliver a short, age-appropriate assembly about the Hospice and how pupils’ fundraising helps local families.
Can we borrow a Rudolph costume?
Yes. We have a limited number of adult size Rudolph costumes available for schools to borrow.
Can you support us with fundraising?
Yes. We have lots of fundraising ideas and would be happy to help your school make the most of the event. We can also support you with setting up a JustGiving page.
What if we can't raise £2 per child?
That’s absolutely fine. We understand that times are difficult for many families. Every child who takes part will receive a certificate, regardless of how much they raise.
