Each Monday we will host group therapies sessions in Newham including acupuncture, a physiotherapy exercise group, an information and support service, as well as meditation and relaxation sessions to support those who can’t travel to the hospice.

These sessions are available to anyone living in Newham affected by a serious, life-limiting condition. This includes unpaid carers and family members.
