Motor Neurone Disease Carers Group
St. Joseph's Hospice and the Motor Neurone Disease Association have established a new monthly support group for the carers of people affected by Motor Neurone Disease (MND) living in East London. Although principally for carers, people living with MND may attend with their carer, or by themselves if it is felt that they have specific needs which can be met by the group.
Carers will also be able to receive free complementary therapies at the meetings, while those living with MND can arrange to see one of our therapists on other days.
We may be able to help with transport. Please contact us in advance to discuss your needs. We are able to provide support through our interpreting and advocacy service if required. Please contact 020 7363 8132/8395 for further information.
