St Joseph’s Hospice cares for people who are very ill, often close to death, and supports their families, carers and friends both during the course of the illness and afterwards, when the person has died. St Joseph’s has a special team which helps those of us who have lost someone close. Kites is the team which supports children and young people through this experience. We hope the information on these pages may help you wherever you are. The full Kites service is available for young people in the London boroughs of Hackney, City of London, Tower Hamlets and Newham. Anyone in these areas can call Kites to ask for help for a young person who has been bereaved.
