St. Joseph’s Hospice is one of the largest hospices in the UK, set in the heart of East London. Based in Hackney, the Hospice offers comprehensive palliative care services for people with progressive and life threatening conditions – including inpatient, day hospice, out patient and home based care.
Home based care, day hospice, outpatient and inpatient services are available to people registered with a GP in the boroughs of City and Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Newham.
Inpatient care can also be accessed for people registered in the boroughs of Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Haringey, Enfield and Camden and Islington. |
