EDUCATION AND TRAINING COURSE BOOKINGS
The Education Centre at St Joseph’s Hospice has full disabled access to all areas of the building and can accommodate most special needs. Please contact our Office Manager on 020 8525 6035 if you have any special needs, of if the course is using a different venue.
Please complete a new form for each delegate and for each course.
Please note no refund can be made where participants do not attend without prior notice to the Education Centre or cancellations 28 days prior to start of the course/study day.
