Remember a loved one by dedcating a leaf on our Memory Trees
At St Joseph’s we believe in the importance of celebrating a life, of honoring those who mean the most to us, and of remembering those who have died. One way you can remember a loved one is by dedicating a leaf on one of the Memory Trees at the hospice.
This is a special way of making sure that the memory of the person lives on.
To make a donation to include your loved one on our memory tree simply complete the dedication form and send it to us with your donation of £150.00.
